GROUP DETAILS:
- Groups of 15 people, with the same itinerary qualify for group rates
- One complimentary lift ticket will be provided for every 25 tickets purchased
- All prices are in Canadian funds and are subject to 6% GST
- Rental package rates are based on mid-performance rental equipment. High-performance rental equipment is available for groups at a 10% discount off the high-performance rental price.
- Any rental equipment cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before arrival at resort. Any unused rentals or cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance will be charged a cancellation fee valued at 25% of the cancelled rental value.
- Helmets are included in child and youth rental packages; adults may rent helmets at a 10% discount from regular rental rates.
- Food and beverage packages available, please ask our Group Coordinators.
Group rates are in effect for the duration of the 2006/07 ski season with the exception of Holiday periods from Dec. 23rd, 2006 to Jan. 7th 2007, Feb. 15th to Feb 25th, 2007 and Mar. 24th to Apr.9th, 2007. During these periods, Holiday Season group rates are in effect at all RCR resorts. For Holiday Season pricing, please talk to our group coordinators or visit www.skircr.com/groups.
GROUP BOOKING POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- Group rates do not include GST or applicable PST and are based on purchasing at least 15 lift passes per day.
- All groups must be pre-booked in order to receive group rates.
- To make a booking please fill out the booking form and return it to the central sales office or the resort of choice.
- A confirmation of your booking will be emailed or a personal phone call will be placed to you once your booking is received.
- Confirmation of numbers for lift tickets, lessons and rentals will be required 14 days in advance along with accurate rental information forms. Please ensure the information is legible and complete. (An electronic form can be e-mailed upon request).
- We ask that your group arrive a minimum of one hour prior to the lesson time to ensure that we can provide quality service and proper equipment fitting in the rental area.
Please Note: All groups will be required to pay a 25% deposit upon booking (4 weeks minimum). The balance will be due upon arrival at the resort. Some organizations may be able to apply for credit and invoicing at a later date. Please inquire if you would like to be invoiced.
