Come and discover Kimberley Alpine Resort! Our Mountain Tour Guides provide an introductory tour around the mountain helping familiarize guests with the unique terrain of Kimberley Alpine Resort. Mountain Tours are approx. 1.5hrs. A $10 RCR Gift Card is given in exchange for any registered guest.

Mountain Decent - Ride the North Star Express to the top of the mountain's front side and snow shoe down a winding route back to the base area. Trip includes hot chocolate, snacks and interpretive descriptions of the town of Kimberley and local history.
Days taught: Daily
Session time: Approx. 2 hours meet outside resort rental shop at 3:45pm
Kootenay Fondue - Ride the North Star Express to the top of the frontside. Take an easy 1/2 hour snow shoe tour with your guide ending at the mountain top Kootenay Haus for a chocolate fondue. Return to the base area aboard the North Star Express.
Days taught: Thurs, Fri and Sat
Session time: Approx. 2 hours meet outside resort rental shop at 6:30pm
Evening Cross Country Ski Tour - Join us for an easy evening loop on the Kimberley Nordic Club's lit track. Tour includes hot chocolate & snacks.
Days taught: Wednesdays
Session time: Approx. 2 hours meet outside at X-Country trail at 6:30pm
Both programs are dependent on min. of two participants must be booked in advance.
