Hours of Operation: 9:00am – 4:00pm daily, 7 times a week, unless otherwise posted. (Closed for Christmas Day.)
Peak Season: December 24, 2011 - January 8, 2012 & February 16, 2012 - February 26, 2012

Ages:
18 Months to 6 years

Lunch Option:
Parents can order a lunch for their child from Kelsey’s for $9.95. Parents also have the option of providing a bag lunch or picking their child up for lunch.

Lessons:
Magic Carpet Group Lessons- 39.00/reg season, 44.00/peak season (plus HST)
Children will be escorted to and from lessons. Offered morning and afternoon.
Parents are responsible for equipment pick-up and return.

Dress:
Children are required to dress appropriately for the weather and bring a change of clothes. Please provide shoes or slippers for your child’s comfort as well as diapers, wipes, bottles, etc.

Restrictions:
Our license requires that we have you child’s health care/travel insurance information upon check in. We will not be able to accept a child into care without this.

We strongly recommend making advanced reservations, as space is limited.

Cancellation:
We require 24 hour notice for all cancellation. The deposit of $25 will not be refunded if no show or last minute cancellation occurs. For every 15 minutes after 4:30pm there is a $7 charge in effect. Our late pick-up policy: $20 charged after the intitial 15 minute grace period

Kimberley Alpine Resort wishes to provide professional childcare services which include the proper child to staff ratios as outlined by the Province of British Columbia. We reserve the right to refuse walk-ins should these ratios be at maximum levels.

Payment must be made in full at time of drop off.
